1.1 The Platform is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 1.2 Users under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent to use the Platform.
2. Account Registration
2.1 To access certain features, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
2.3 GeoConnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit unauthorized activities.

3.2 GeoConnect may, at its sole discretion, revoke access for violations of community standards or misuse of the Platform.
4. Course Content
4.1 The Platform offers both proprietary content created by GeoConnect and content contributed by third-party instructors.
4.2 Use of course materials is subject to specific licensing terms, which will be disclosed for each course. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of course content is prohibited.
4.3 GeoConnect makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or applicability of course content and disclaims liability for outcomes resulting from its use.
5. Payments and Refunds
5.1 Payment Methods: GeoConnect accepts payments via PayNow, PayPal, and manual payment methods, which are processed by KM-Spatial, our financial partner.
5.2 Refund Policy: Refunds for paid courses are available within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted to our support team with proof of payment.
6. Privacy
6.1 GeoConnect is committed to protecting your privacy and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Zimbabwe’s Data Protection Act. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data collection and use.

11. Tax Compliance
11.1 VAT and other applicable taxes will be included in the course fees as required by the user’s location. 1
